

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with non fat milk
Snack: Cheese Crackers & apple juice
Lunch: White beans soup
Snack: 2 glasses of Ice tea, Trix, a bite of chocolate cake
Dinner: Mangú & salami, white chocolate waffers.
Too much junk!, OMG!

I DID NOTHING :-(
But it was because i wasn't here all afternoon.
