What I ate
Snack: 1 mint, lots of water.
Lunch: Pork chop & "frito".
Snack: (I forgot)
Dinner: Popcorn with pepper and parmesan cheese
More walking today. I spent 1 hour an a half this time, instead of an 1 hour. My ankle hurts. My abs, tighs and legs are sore, but that just mean to me that everything is working.
Just 2 hours: CSI & America's Next Top Model. I did some reading, there are only two chapters left of my book, I have to start thinking what I'm going to read next.
