What I ate
Breakfast: Non fat milk with coffee
Lunch: Chicken a la Cordon Blue, rice & toast.
This is not healthy eating I know, but I wasn't hungry at all.
The only kind of exercise i did today was walking from the hair salon to my mother's office, it's like 3 or 4 blocks away.
I watched some stuff, The Aprendice, on makeover reality show that I dont know how it's called, One Tree Heel, and some tv surfing.
