Breakfast: Chicken & cheese sandwich in whole grain bread

Lunch: Leftover lasagna and "fritos"
Snack: Chocolate cake, marshmallow cereal
Dinner: (none)

Exercise

Today wasn't a pretty good day. I didn't felt good enough to go walking.

TV Diet

I watched CSI Miami & CSI Las Vegas.

I started reading a book, The 6 Most Important Decisions Youll Ever Make by Sean Covey.
