I've sign up for the iCiNG Transformation Challenge . It consists on "taking control of our lives & our bodies in a concentrated way!". Starts on April 21st until May 18th. On that period of time I'm going to eat as healthy as I can, and exersice every day. If I’m able to acomplish this goal on that period of time, I'm sure it's going to be easier to commit to this healthy habits.
