I've sign up for the iCiNG Transformation Challenge . It consists on "taking control of our lives & our bodies in a concentrated way!". Starts on April 21st until May 18th. On that period of time I'm going to eat as healthy as I can, and exersice every day. If I’m able to acomplish this goal on that period of time, I'm sure it's going to be easier to commit to this healthy habits.Now Im preparing everything for the ITC, taking my measures, weighting, and planing my meals. Im pretty exited, for a long time I wanted to do something like this but didn't have enough motivation.
