

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with non fat milk
Snack: A package of whole wheate crackers
Lunch: Little bit of pork chop, a little bit of chicken and pennes with white sauce
Snack: (none)
Dinner: I made a dip of fat free Philadephia cheese and leek, I ate it with soda crackers.
Exercise

I when back walking. The last time I got wet because it was raining, this time it was so freaking hot, the sun was shining at my face most of the time, i will have to start wearing sunscreen.
TV Diet

I watched CSI, and All Acces. Not doing any reading at this time.
