iTC Final 27/27

The day has come, is the end of the iCiNG Transformation Challenge.

I might not have done any drastic change, but i really did some, and I'm proud of that.

These are the things I accomplished:

* Getting back to exersercising. I didn't do it everyday like I was supouse to but I did it, and really well, sometimes I could go walking for 2 hours straight.

* Not eating that much junk food. At the first week I didn't have anythig at all.

* Giving up ice cream at night. OMG! I felt so proud, I love ice cream, and almost everytime I'm out shopping with my family we have some, and the day I said "no I don't want" that was incredible (lol).

* I also started doing full body moist, my skin feels and looks much better.

Some persons noticed the change, mostly the ones that doesn't see me that often, like my best friend's mom who told me I was slimmer, and the laundry lady that only come once a week.

Today I took my mesuraments againg, they changed, not much but some. I'm pretty sure that if I sticked to my goals, I would have acompliched so much.

The first week was the best, I did all I was supouse to but when the day passed I started to get tired, I even stop posting my updates in here.

Know I now I do can change and I'll continue until I reash my goal.

What I ate


Breakfast: Scrumbled eggs with a piece of bread-
Snack: Chocolate chip cookies, an ice cream cone and chocolate (yeah I know)
Lunch: Grilled chicken and rice
Snack: Orange juice & Trix cereal
Dinner: Cheese & ham sandwich


Exercise

This afternoon I was at Rossel's doing a project, so you might guess I didn't do any walking, well we actually walked from the store to her home, it's about 2 blocks away, but it's better than nothing. We also did a pretty good sesion of laugh, so I burned some calories.


TV Diet

I watched Drake & Josh at Rossel's. I missed America's Next Top Model, but I'll survive.

What I ate


Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with non fat milk
Snack: A package of whole wheate crackers
Lunch: Little bit of pork chop, a little bit of chicken and pennes with white sauce
Snack: (none)
Dinner: I made a dip of fat free Philadephia cheese and leek, I ate it with soda crackers.


Exercise

I when back walking. The last time I got wet because it was raining, this time it was so freaking hot, the sun was shining at my face most of the time, i will have to start wearing sunscreen.


TV Diet

I watched CSI, and All Acces. Not doing any reading at this time.

That week was awful, so i didn't even wanted to post anything about it, I was embarass.
But when you fall it's important to get up, and that's what I'm doing.

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with non fat milk
Snack: Cheese Crackers & apple juice
Lunch: White beans soup
Snack: 2 glasses of Ice tea, Trix, a bite of chocolate cake
Dinner: Mangú & salami, white chocolate waffers.

Too much junk!, OMG!

Exercise

I DID NOTHING :-(
But it was because i wasn't here all afternoon.

TV Diet

America's Next Top Model, that was all. I did some pretty good reading.

I didn't do anything because i wasn't home.

I was watching CSI and fell sleep, when I woke up I watched Dirty Sexy Money.

Today wasn't a pretty good day. I didn't felt good enough to go walking.

I watched CSI Miami & CSI Las Vegas.

I started reading a book, The 6 Most Important Decisions Youll Ever Make by Sean Covey.

Exercise

Is grocery shopping an exercise? 'Cause that was the only exercise related activity I did today.

TV Diet

Today is saturday so I watched a little more tv. I can't remember exactly but it was like 2-3 hours.

Lunch: Chicken a la Cordon Blue, rice & toast.
Snack: (none)
Dinner: (none)

This is not healthy eating I know, but I wasn't hungry at all.

Exercise

The only kind of exercise i did today was walking from the hair salon to my mother's office, it's like 3 or 4 blocks away.

TV Diet

I watched some stuff, The Aprendice, on makeover reality show that I dont know how it's called, One Tree Heel, and some tv surfing.

What I ate


Breakfast: Soda crackers with fat free Philadelphia cheese & one glass of ice tea
Snack: Just water
Lunch: Chicken Breast with garlic potatoes
Snack:
A Diet Coke.
Dinner: An slice of pizza (yeah I know) & a glass of non diet coke.

I didn't do so well, I even felt bad, all that coke and the pizza. But its just a bump in the road, I'll survive.

Exercise

Today all the walking I did was at the "Feria del Libro" (Book Fair), and it was a pretty good walk, from 4 to 8 p.m., so I think I might have burned that pizza already.

TV Diet

I did't had the time to watch anything, just a few minutes of "Rock the Cradle" and then I fell sleep.

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: 1 mint, lots of water.
Lunch: Pork chop & "frito".
Snack: (I forgot)
Dinner: Popcorn with pepper and parmesan cheese

Exercise

More walking today. I spent 1 hour an a half this time, instead of an 1 hour. My ankle hurts. My abs, tighs and legs are sore, but that just mean to me that everything is working.

TV Diet

Just 2 hours: CSI & America's Next Top Model. I did some reading, there are only two chapters left of my book, I have to start thinking what I'm going to read next.

What I ate


Breackfast: Corn flakes mixed with granola and non fat milk.
Snack: Half package of soda crackers
Lunch: Rice with corn & ginger chicken
Snack: No carbs Fruity Jello
Dinner: The other half of the soda crackers with tuna.


I have to start eating some veggies! Today I drank more water than yesterday. I need to go to the supermarket.

Exercise

Today i went for a walk again, this time i did it later because it was too hot. I visited the same park that i did yesterday, and it was again full of men staring, I could stand it a little more, so after my second lap, I decided to go away and find somewhere new to execise. So i did, I went to a park that is kind of far away from my house, but in this one is bigger, an there lots of people exercising, it's perfect, and now I can walk with out worring. When I got home I did 20 mins at the AbSwing again.

TV Diet

Well today wasn't as good as yesterday. I watched like 3 hours of tv, but not consecutive.

This is what i watched:

1 hour of "Are we there yet?" Movie, it was bad but kind of fun.
15 Channel surfing
35 mins. of CSI until I realised I had seen it before.
1 hour of "Dirty Sexy Money"

I didn't read anything.

What I ate

Breakfast: Bowl of corn flakes mixed with granola and non fat milk.
Snack: 1 banana & a non fat strawberry-banana yogurt
Lunch: 1 Tbsp. of rice & a little pice of beef meat
Snack: A mango-strawberry flavored popsicle, made out of Clight juice
Dinner: Soda crackers with fat free Philadelphia Cheese.

I think I did okey, but i should try to eat more non process food. At lunch I should have had an salad, but I forgot to prepare it (I only eat salad if a make it). I didn't felt hungry during the day. All I drank today was water.

Exercise


I went for a walk this afternoon at a "mini" park that is near my house. I liked to walk there because there was always people around and it made me feel safe. But today I realised that everything had changed since the last time I went there. Now the park is full of construction workers of a building near by, and they keep staring at me, and even shouting me things, I ignored them, but I'm not sure if I should go back there every day.

I need new sportswear. I usually wear sweatpant, a t-shirt & one of my brother's cap. Today i didn't wore a cap, because the one that matched my outfit my brother left it at the neighbors house, instead i used a headband. I also wore an waist trimmer under my t-shirt to increase the sweating on my tummy area.

Well back at walking, I did okey, I think, I don't own a sport watch so I walked until I felt tired. I came back here and did like 20 mins. at the AbSwing. I don't feel sore, just tired.

I listened to really cool stuff while I was exercising also.

You won't believe but today i just watched 1 hour of television, just one episode of CSI. I really didn't watched anymore because i didn't have the time. I read two chapter of the Agatha Christie book, they are almost going to reveal who the assasin is.

iCiNG Transformation Challenge

I've sign up for the iCiNG Transformation Challenge . It consists on "taking control of our lives & our bodies in a concentrated way!". Starts on April 21st until May 18th. On that period of time I'm going to eat as healthy as I can, and exersice every day. If I’m able to acomplish this goal on that period of time, I'm sure it's going to be easier to commit to this healthy habits.

Now Im preparing everything for the ITC, taking my measures, weighting, and planing my meals. Im pretty exited, for a long time I wanted to do something like this but didn't have enough motivation.

I will be posting about how I'm doing with the challenge here.
